3.  Delivery within 15 miles of Thrive Meals, Choose Delivery at checkout

4.  Delivery from Thrive Meals - $10 surcharge - Added to total at checkout.

5. Pick up FREE at one of these locations on Tuesdays:

Wicked Fit, Eliot; Lighthouse Physical Therapy, Portsmouth; Primal Fit, Berwick; NOSTOS, Somersworth.
