*Are the meals frozen?
--All Meals are created fresh weekly, Ready to Heat & Eat!
*How do I heat my meals?
--Simply remove or slightly open the top (remove any sauce containers if provided with meal of choice) and place in microwave for approximately 2 minutes, and it is ready to eat! (can also be heated in oven on an oven safe dish)
*If I do not finish all of my meals, can they be frozen?
--Meals Can be Frozen for up to 3 months (Minus salads for quality)
*Do I need to sign up for a subscription to order Thrive Meals?
--No Subscription Required - Order as many or as few as you like, and as often as you like!
*What if I can not get to a pickup location to collect my meals?
--Meal Delivery is offered up to 20 Miles for a $10 fee.
*How do I collect my meals after ordering?
--An email will be sent out that the meals have been "picked up" when they have been delivered to your chosen location. FREE pickup is offered at 9 locations, options are available at checkout (pickup times based on hours of location pickup business hours - delivered Tuesdays by noon)
*What if my nutrition plan requires larger portions or more protein?
--Added Protein is available on menu for increased Portion Sizes.
*Can I modify meals, such as leaving out a certain item? Ex: dairy, nuts, onions, etc...?
--Substitutions available When possible - please place request under "Notes to Seller" sections when ordering.
*Are Thrive Meals able to meet my full health needs and requirements:
--The Meals & Desserts are focused on whole food nutrition - High quality proteins, Healthy Fiber Rich Carbohydrates, No added sugars, Healthy Fats, Lower Sodium, Gluten Free Oat Flour is used in all of our baked products.
*Who is creating these meals?
--The Thrive Meals are all designed by a Nutritionist to support overall health and satisfaction
*Are Thrive Meals going to help me "Lose Weight" or make me feel hungry all of the time?
-- We created these meals to be Heart Healthy, Diabetic Friendly, and to fuel and support all ages and activity levels! They are Loaded with Protein for muscle building, tons of filling and fibrous veggies, healthy fats for hormone and energy balance, and healthy carbohydrates to support energy both physically and mentally:)
