Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Thrive Meals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your orders. Please read the following details about cancellations, refunds, and order changes.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before the cutoff time specified at checkout.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at fittolivenutrition@gmail.com or by phone at +1 603-765-3519.

  • Once the cutoff time has passed, orders cannot be cancelled as meals are already being prepared.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders made before the cutoff time, or for orders that were incorrect, missing items, or damaged upon delivery or pickup.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account.

3. Exchanges or Replacements

  • If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us immediately.

  • We will work to provide a replacement meal or credit for the affected item.

4. Subscription Orders

  • Subscription meals can be paused or cancelled before the next billing cycle.

  • Refunds for subscription fees are not available for meals already prepared or delivered.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Thrive Meals is not responsible for meals left unattended, mishandled, or improperly stored after delivery or pickup.

  • Refunds or replacements are only provided if the issue is reported promptly and meets our policy guidelines.
