Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window to ensure your order is ready.
2. Delivery

Thrive Meals delivers to specific local areas. Delivery availability and fees are shown during checkout.

Delivery times are scheduled during checkout. We aim to deliver within the specified time frame but cannot guarantee exact times due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Someone must be available to receive the order at the delivery address provided or leave a cooler to maintain the quality.
3. Order Processing

Orders must be placed and paid for by the cutoff time for your selected pickup or delivery day.

Orders are accepted Tuesday through Saturday for meals prepared for the following delivery/pickup day, unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Pickup orders do not incur delivery fees.

All meals must be refrigerated as no preservatives are used.
Our meals are prepared fresh daily. Please refrigerate or consume your meals promptly according to the storage instructions provided. -
Thrive Meals is not responsible for meals left unattended or mishandled after delivery or pickup.
